Mingoes extended their winning streak to two games by defeating Set-sy Poppers in straight sets on Wednesday at the D.W. Davis Gymnasium. 

UB won 25-20; 25-21; 25-18. They were able to win a lot of points off of serves as playoffs looms. Anjeniker Joseph, team captain said that they were able to play all of the players. 

"Service was important tonight as it put pressure on the other team and we executed that very well," Joseph said "In the third set the only thing on my mind was to get the ball on, stay consistent even when even the timeout was called. It was important to keep my own momentum." 

UB returns to the court in a key matchup against Ballers at 7:30 p.m. Monday February 23 at D.W. Davis Gymnasium.
