Green hat trick leads Mingoes to 4-1 win over Falcons
NASSAU: Mingoes captain and midfielder Ronaldo Green scored a hat-trick and Kevin Thomas found the back of the net as well to lead the side to a 4-1 win over The California Intercontinental University Falcons Thursday at the Roscow A.L. Davies Field. 
Green scored two goals in the first half to put The Mingoes up 2-0 at the half.
Out of the half CIU's Edwin Morales scored in the 50th minute to put the score at 2-1.
Green responded with a goal three minutes later off an assist from midfielder Clerdjivensky Clerjuste to give Green the hat trick and The Mingoes the 3-1 lead.
To seal the win, midfielder Kevin Thomas scored off the assist from Green and midfielder Philip Pilgrim to put the side up 4-1 in the 74th minute.
The Mingoes held on for the 4-1 win.
The team plays over California Intercontinental University again 10 a.m. Friday at the Roscow A.L. Davies Field.
