University Of The Bahamas Mingoes Set to play against Future Stars but unfortunately fell short with a score of 2-3. Midfielder Stanley-Grand Pierre scored the first goal in the 44th minute followed by Midfielder Marc Ville in the 67th minute but the goal was reported a "No goal" because of on-field indications. Scoring the last Goal for the Mingies was Midfielder Kevin Thomas assisted by Stanley-Grand Pierre in the 81st minute. 

Evelt Julmis was then interviewed about the game. He then said they fell short because of communication, Making the wrong decisions on the field, and ten being short of players. He also said that they will come out better and stronger in the next game. 

University Of The Bahamas Mingoes Men's Soccer team has now finished their first round Placing themselves in 4th place with 6 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses. Racking up 20 points in goals. The Mingoes head to the second round on February 25th, 2024 going against Renegades WSC Football Club.
